WEEK 7 MATCHUP BRIEFING

Situation

Another week, another awful trade offer from Jordan. I am onto you Jordan. Jordan has been playing mind games with the League with his posts. TUA TIME! Who wants Mahomes? Lol. At least it seems like he is having a fun time which is what the BBB is all about. Of course, it's a lot easier to have fun when you are winning...something my son wouldn't know this year.

Remember you need to set your lineup each week. No slots with players on bye weeks. Manage your teams to account for the byes. Refer to Article IX- Roster Oversights in the League Constitution (https://www.bbbffl.com/the-constitution). If you have a player on your bench who can fill in, you have to set them in your lineup. There is nothing in the Constitution which says you have to fill all slots with an active player, though, if none are available on your bench. Let me know if you want to vote on whether a team should have to have a complete starting roster each week, e.g. no open slots nor bye week players in starting lineup, period.

Dark Lord Commissioner vs Underestim8ed

Last week I had to sweat it out just to beat David. This week, my competition moves up a couple magnitudes in difficulty. Linda is at full strength with Kamara back. You know Zeke wants to have a strong bounce back game after his first multi-fumble game. Chicago has been tough on WRs and Pitt Defense is no joke. Tannehill has been unstoppable, but the Steeler D has been unmovable. We will see which one wins out.

Somehow I was able to reacquire Fulgham from waivers. Nothing like burning waivers to reacquire a player you dropped the previous week. I am a hot mess this year. I am glad I was able pick Fulgham back up because of the aforementioned Chicago defense shutting down WRs. I may play Fulgham over Woods this week. That would be kinda ballsy. I'll have to look at the CB matchup for Woods before the TNF game. I usually hate having players going on TNF, but the Giants giving up points to WRs and who else is Wentz going to throw to. I will need another big game from Kyler to pull off the upset. Maybe he can complete more than 9 passes this week, but it didn't hurt his fantasy scoring at least. Gotta love running QBs.

Rolling Dunder vs Check Out My Lightsaber

If anyone is going to give David a run for the Crapper, it is Krug. He does get MT back this week, so he at least has that going for him. Josh Allen has been disappointing the last couple weeks. I really like Josh Allen, so hope he can have a nice bound back monster game against the Jets. Who is a worse coach? Gase in real football or David in fantasy football?

Paul needs a win to keep pace with Tracy. He can't count on Henry going for 200 against the Steeler D. If Henry does, then I am leaving the country for a week while Dana cools down. Paul has some juicy matchups with Hock vs Atlanta and Mr. Unlimited against Zona. Can't forget Diggs vs the Jets, either. Diggs should help offset some of the damage if Josh Stallion has a monster game. Paul is just hurting for a WR2. JuJu is PuPu this year and the Steelers get Dionte Johnson back this week. No reverse jinx this week. Krug gets the win.

It's On Like Donkey Kong vs Roodiculous

Tracy will continue to plow through the League this year. This week he is facing Gary during his byepocalypse. I will even assume MG3 plays this week while pending the outcome of his DUI. It's still not even a close matchup. If Singletary is going to have a good game, it has to be this week against the Jets. If Drake can have a 30pt game against Dallas, then maybe Singletary can have one too against the Jets. Still, no Thielen, no Jefferson. Gary will be rolling out Potty Miller for his flex. That stinks.

The only question for Tracy's team is whether they will get another high score this week. He picked up the Bills D against the Jets. That's 20 pts guaranteed right there. It gives me hives thinking about Tracy winning another BBB title.

EW Black vs Hays Blaze

Travis has some waiver wire work to do to fill his PK and DST positions. Looks like he is stuck starting Rex Burkhead as his RB2. Puke. How in the hell is he 4-2? Was Chubb that much of a factor? Man what a stud RB can do for you in fantasy. I wouldn't know.

Steve needs a win desperately, so it's a good time to face Travis. He should get another good game from CEH while Bell gets acclimated with the system. Then who knows what the split will be. We will see if my brother sticks with OBJ which stands for old and busted juvenile. The dude is so temperamental. He may be forced to with Slayton having a foot issue. Sanders gets relegated with MT back. With Mostert out, I would think Steve would play McKinnon this week in his flex. I don't think even my brother's bad lineup decisions can prevent him from winning this week.

Just Beat Gary vs Mother Tucker

I am planning on taking Dana for some nice long hikes this weekend to enjoy the Fall foliage. That and to keep her from looking at her fantasy matchup. This week is going to be rough for the Red Head going against Jordan. Julio scored all his touchdowns for the year, last week. Steeler D isn't going to shutdown the Titans machine. She may have another good points day to help her out of the Crapper standings, but a win is far from happening.

Jordan will get back to his high scoring ways after a dismal performance last week. Crowder just eats up targets every single week. DHop will bounce back this week after he wasn't needed much last week in Arizona's dominating win. The only thing that can slow Jordan are injuries. So far he has dodged any big ones. Even Fuller is staying relatively healthy only missing one game so far.

King of the Crapper vs The Jedi Master

Poor David. It's not looking too good for him to get his first win this year. This week he faces Jedi Justin who acquired Mike Davis to fill his CMC hole in his heart. Justin picked up Wentz off the waivers to fill in another deficiency in his lineup. Wentz has a nice matchup against the Giants. David doesn't even have a TE to start at the moment. Miracles can happen, though. McLaurin faces Dallas and Stafford faces Atlanta. David just needs to set his lineup and then not look at it until Tuesday morning. It will save him some grief.
