Situation
It's only Week 5 and I am already worn out! Between watching for roster limit violators, talking David off the Fantasy Football suicide ledge, and listening to Dana's fantasy football fatalism every Sunday, it's been a long start to the season. It's bad enough my team sucks donkey balls. I'm still not sure how I am 2-2. Sigh. It's another week of positive Covid tests on multiple teams which once again puts Bills/Titans and Raiders/Chiefs games into question. Hopefully, it is contained and the games go on.

Dark Lord Commissioner vs Roodiculous
Maybe one of these weeks I will get all my studs back again. Cardinals offense has been struggling and Woods has been underperforming. If I am to have any chance, I need another monster game from Kittle. My ceiling this week is probably 120 points with a floor too low to want to ponder. I finally gave up on the Rams backfield. Now is the time to buy. Malcolm Brown is sure to have another 2 TD game this week and Akers will be Top 12 in the second half. I am in a win now mode, so hoping D'Ernest Johnson can give me a couple good starts before the Week 8 bye. I am sure Chubb will be back by then. As for Skankling, he can kiss my ***. I wasted a waiver twice on this joker. Shame on me.
I do have some hope to pull off the W this week, since I am facing Gary. He is the weakest 3-1 team in the League. Both Thielen and Lamb have A+ matchups, so I am a dog this week. Maybe I get lucky and the Titans and Chiefs games gets postponed. Nah.
The Jedi Master vs Rolling Dunder
From weakest 3-1 team to the strongest 1-3 team. Justin begins his comeback from the bottom of the Beards division this week. Prescott should have another 40 burger against the Giants. I am hoping the Chiefs D can hold Jacobs in check, but run defense has always been the Chief's D Achilles heel. Justin got a gift with Chark getting dropped. No comment.
As for Krug, Gurley had his high water mark game last week and he still couldn't beat me. That doesn't bode well for Team Kruger. That 12 point Engram projection is a joke. I assume he will put Conner in for Gore. Barring some 50 point game from Allen, it's going to be another disappointment this week for Rolling Dunder.
It's On Like Donkey Kong vs Just Beat Gary
The game of the week. Two strong early season teams. If Deshaun doesn't have a good game against the Jaguars, you might as well call it a bust season for Watson. We will see if the Texans get any bounce from the O'Brien firing, but I doubt it. They are devoid of talent. Ridley is banged up, but with no Julio most likely this week surely Ridley can have a good bounce back game after posting the zero last week.
It won't really matter what Ridley scores, Tracy's team is no match for Jordan's juggernaut. Is there a weakness on Jordan's team? Ebron should eat vs Philly. Davis will dominate vs the Falcons as Justin watches all those points which should have been CMC's go to Jordan. Robinson will run all over Houston. The JV Jets are no match for Nuke. Tyfreek won't be contained this week. This one is going to get ugly for Tracy. The projections don't show it, but I think this is a blow out.
Check Out My Lightsaber vs EW Black
The League mascot, Paul, gets to play fellow family bottom dweller Steve this week. Steve keeps chasing the points with Brady. I am going to laugh when Goff outperforms Brady this week. Steve has the lineup yips. I've been there. It sucks. Kelce is still great, but I feel like he is reaching the tipping point between falling from elite to great. But he is very consistent posting top 5 points at the TE spot. There are just so many mouths to feed in KC now. Speaking of chasing points, I see my brother has ODB in his flex. Pardon me while I clean up the coffee I just spewed from my mouth.
Paul hasn't had the best of luck this year, but his team is far superior to Schroeder's. This week, he hopefully gets Henry back to go with Cook. That is such a studly RB duo. Only Linda's Zeke and Kamara can compete. Now he gets Hunt with no Chubb competing for touches. Woo boy. Look out. I wasn't a Diggs believer this year, but I was wrong. His first year in Buffalo as been a bonanza! Paul's only weakness is tight end. Ertz is quickly becoming the old and busted guy. I still like Paul to get high score this week.
Mother Tucker vs Underestim8ted
I am going to have to find something to keep Dana occupied this Sunday as to not see her get depressed while Linda rolls over her team. It took a monster game from Mixon just for her to beat David. She does get some upgrades with Dionte returning, Kelley now the RB1, and her Steeler D. Still, who can stop Linda?
Kamara and Zeke are pretty much guaranteed to give her 50 points, so she just needs the rest of her players to be average. Burrow will have to bomb against Baltimore for Dana to have a chance. Stranger things have happened. Travis did trounce Linda last week.
Hays Blaze vs The Tatooine Twin Suns
Will David win a game this year? That is what inquiring minds want to know. There is a QB change in Washington. Anyone is better for McLaurin than Haskins, right? If Drake can't post a good game against the Jets, then he is done. I am not-so-secretly routing for Drake to be demoted, since I have Edmonds. David needs some of the monster Jackson/Andrews stack games from 2019 to begin his 2020 charge to relevancy. However, Lamar is on the injury report with a knee issue. Yikes!
I am not sure what to make of Travis' team. It's such a boom/bust lineup. You can't have much confidence in Burkhead and Taylor. Taylor has been a disappointment, so far. Evans is doing a yeoman's job playing through injury, but he is a glorified TE at this point which isn't too bad considering Brady loves his tight ends. Still, he is a game time decision tonight. I am probably going to jinx my son, but I like his chances this week to finally get off the snide. Let's gooooo!!!!
