Your 2022 BBB and Total Points Co-Champions
Hi Ho! The season ended with a blow as we witnessed Buffalo Bill's Damar Hamlin have a heart attack on the field after tacking Tee Higgins. After 30 minutes of CPR and AED, he was revived and taken to the hospital, but the game was suspended. With the Total Points trophy and the Championship Belt still to be decided, it left a quandary for the League. What do we do? After much thought and consideration, it was agreed by the three teams to share the championship and donate the winnings to Hamlin's charity. It just seemed like the best outcome to a bad situation. I am proud that Jordan and Ashlyn agreed to this arrangement as a sign of unity. While we all love fantasy football and covet winning championships, there are bigger issues in life. This is one of them. We all pray for Hamlin's recovery from this tragic event. Next season, Jordan will keep the Trophy for both of us. Ashlyn and I will return home with the Belt.
Some good news! Your Commissioner will be back next year. Dana escaped the Crapper. This means that I won't disappear in the off-season. This, unfortunately, means my big brother has to sit on the Crapper during the next draft. He now has another reason to hate me. After Dana started 1-7, she was in utter despair. I didn't particularly enjoy seeing her in such a state, so I helped her during the second half. We were able to turn the ship around just enough to save her. We learned that her team needed the Steelers' DST on her roster to win. With the Steelers DST on her roster, she won five straight. It wasn't so much the Steelers' DST but Baby Watt. She was unbeatable if Baby Watt was playing, and she had the Steelers' DST on her roster. At least my brother won't have to have Jon between his legs as we will be retiring Jon. In his place, we will be adding stickers to the Crapper with the face of each loser who has been crowned Crapper King/Queen. Like the one to the left.
Thank you to everyone for making this another great season. I look forward to seeing everyone again at next year's live draft! Next year will be slightly different, with starting lineup requirements changing to just 1 RB and an additional RB/WR/TE flex. Now, to think of a new draft movie idea. Hmm...
